Why not just price goods at a set price? Everything is buy one get one discounted or 'earn Kohl's bucks'......I just want a set price and knock off all the gimmicks. I still shop the store because they carry quality clothes. Just not happy with feeling like I'm being tricked.
Although I didn't find the obsure item for which I was looking, I was reminded of why I used to shop at Kohls. The displays were beautiful and so were the clothes. It was great to see the Sephora there, too. I will go back and take more time to look.

Great shopping experience in store. Easy to make online returns. I haven't been in the store in years. I had very positive experience and excellent service.
No help, have to ask a customer where the jewelry department was, Sales clerks were too busy to help you, checkout was a long wait and only had 2 cashiers, and was not offered any discounts .

My husband and I went shopping at Kohl's after dinner one night recently. I usually wear a size medium, but they were not to be found. It was pretty discouraging.
